Fito Gallardo grabs checkered flag at Vado Speedway Park
Fito and Peyton entered USRA B-Mod action at Vado on Saturday with Peyton's night starting off rough as he fell out of his heat race and did not finish, forcing him to start 23rd in the night's feature. From his 23rd starting spot, he wheeled his #17 car through traffic to finish 8th when the checkered flag flew. Fito was able to sweep racing action on the night, winning his heat race from the pole and then working his way from his 13th starting spot in the feature race to take the lead and the win for his efforts.
