Jake Gallardo storms to second win of 2024 at Vado

Fito, Jake and Peyton all entered USRA Modified action on Saturday night at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, NM and all three had great nights.

Jake's night ended up the best as he swept action, winning his heat from the pole and then racing from 8th up to win the night's feature race as well. Peyton raced to his first ever USRA Modified heat race victory after starting on the pole and outrunning his dad, who started 5th and raced up to a second place finish. In the night's feature, Fito started 7th and ended up 10th when the checkered flag flew and Peyton, who started third, had one of the best nights of his rookie season, racing to an 11th place finish, just behind his dad when the race ended.
