Podium finishes for Fito and Jake at Vado

Fito, Jake and Peyton were all in USRA Modified action on Saturday night at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, NM. A stout field of 31 competitors signed in for action on the night.

Fito raced from 8th up to 2nd in his qualifying heat race before starting on the pole for the night's feature race and leading early, before settling into second behind eventual winner Jake O'Neil and chasing him to the checkered flag, finishing a solid second.

Jake raced from 7th up to 3rd in his qualifying heat race and then rolled off 6th in the feature and raced his way up to 3rd and chased his dad to the finish line, finishing third.

Peyton ran sixth in his heat race to start the night and then unfortunately suffered a DNF in the night's b-main, ending his night early.
