Jake Gallardo double dips at Vado Speedway Park

Both Fito and Jake were in action at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, NM for the track's annual Fireworks display on Saturday night. Jake came out on top of both the USRA Modified and USRA Stock Car features, winning both on the night. In the Mods, he swept action by winning his heat race and then winning the feature from 6th. In the Stock Car, he ran fourth in his heat race before starting ninth in the main and racing to the win in that feature as well. Fito fell out of his heat race, and was forced to start 33rd in the night's feature and from there worked his way through the field to race to 11th, earning hard charger honors.
