Fito outruns Jake Gallardo at Vado

Fito and Jake were both back in USRA Modified action at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, NM on Saturday night and ran first and second in the night's feature event. Fito ran third in his heat race and Jake ran fifth in his, but then in the feature, Fito started 7th and raced to the front quickly with Jake, from his 10th starting spot, racing to second early as well. The duo ran out front the entire distance and ran one-two when the checkered flag flew. Fito also competed in the Super Truck division and after a 6th place finish in his heat race, he did not start the feature.
