Fito finishes fifth in Late Model at Vado

Fito and Peyton were both in action on Saturday night at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, NM for the track's first Meet the Drivers Night of the 2022 season.

Fito was behind the wheel of the Pete Vargas-owned #777 Late Model and raced to a third place finish in his heat race and then charged from 8th up to finish 5th in the night's feature event. Peyton was behind the wheel of his B-Mod and after a fifth place finish in his heat race, he started the main event from the 12th starting spot and raced to a sixth place finish for his efforts.
